At 5.1MB of text, this is likely the single largest vision document for any startup in history. It contains the complete specification of BlackRoad OS — every feature, every integration, every agent, every domain, every API.

What It Represents

This is the original brain dump. Before the 496 Workers existed. Before the 37 GitHub orgs. Before the fleet was built. Before the math was discovered. This document described everything that would be built.

Current Status

Most of what was described in this 5MB document now exists in some form — 16 live products, 496 Workers, 7-node fleet, 20 domains. The gap between vision and reality has narrowed dramatically, but ~75 products remain aspirational (documented honestly in "The Things She Didn't Ship").
